Our Customer and Operations Department employs multiple teams of people in diverse roles both office based and in the field ranging from operations roles such as field managers, fixing leaks, collecting water samples, installing services and pipelines, reading meters, maintaining facilities  and a range of customer services.

NI Water will soon embark on the biggest capital investment programme in its history.  Just over £2 billion is projected to be spent on water and wastewater assets over the next 6 years.  NI Water needs mechanical, electrical, civil and process engineers along with scientists, data analysis and environmental modellers.  Opportunities will also arise for more apprentices and graduates along with the valuable support from our professional support services team.  Come and join the team and get involved in some of the biggest infrastructure projects in Northern Ireland.
